To ensure the smooth execution of the presentation process for abstracts accepted at the National Special Education Congress, please pay attention to the following guidelines.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- The oral presentation duration is 12 minutes.
- A 3-minute discussion period is allocated for each presentation.
- The total presentation duration is 15 minutes.
- Session chairs are authorized to manage the time.
- Presentations must comply with scientific content and academic ethical rules.
Presentation File Guidelines
- Presentations should preferably be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT / PPTX) or PDF format.
- Presentations should preferably be prepared in 16:9 format.
- Visuals used should preferably have sufficient resolution.
- For presentations containing videos, the videos should preferably be embedded in the presentation file.
Presentation Submission Process
- Presenting participants must deliver their presentation files to the technical staff in the relevant hall at least 30 minutes before the session begins.
- It is recommended that presentations be brought on a USB flash drive.
- Presentations will be made using the hall computer.
- Using a personal computer for the presentation is not recommended (except in mandatory cases).
Presentation Template
A suggested presentation template for accepted abstracts will be shared on the congress website. Using this template is recommended to support the visual consistency of the congress, but it is not mandatory.
Important Notes
- Adherence to presentation durations is crucial to prevent disruption of the program flow.
- Changes to the presentation order will only be made in mandatory cases.
- Studies that do not present may be removed from the program.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the congress program.
