Dr. Tim Loreman is President and Vice-Chancellor of Concordia University of Edmonton (Canada) and Professor in the Faculty of Education. He previously served as Vice-President Academic and Provost and has taught in diverse educational settings in Australia and Canada. His research focuses on inclusive education, inclusive pedagogy, teacher efficacy, educational reform, and the evaluation of inclusive education systems.
Dr. Loreman has led and contributed to numerous international research projects across Canada, Europe, Asia, the Pacific region, and the Middle East. He was the founding editor of the International Journal of Whole Schooling and served as co-editor of Exceptionality Education International. He has authored and edited numerous influential books and scholarly publications on inclusive education and has received several prestigious awards, including the 2015 Community Inclusion Award and the 2016 President’s Research Award.
