  • Is it necessary to register for the congress to submit an abstract?

No. Registration is not mandatory for submitting an abstract. However, for accepted abstracts to be included in the program, at least one author must register for the congress.

  • How many abstracts can the same author submit?

An author may submit multiple abstracts.

  • In which languages can abstracts be submitted?

Abstracts may be submitted in Turkish or English.

  • Can ongoing research be submitted?

Yes. Studies that are still in the data collection or analysis phase may be considered for poster presentation.

  • Can the presentation type (oral or poster) be changed?

Yes. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type of the abstract based on evaluation results and program balance.

  • Can changes be made after submitting an abstract?

Updates can be made through the system before the evaluation process begins. Once the evaluation has started, changes may not be possible.

  • Can an abstract be withdrawn?

Yes. Authors may withdraw their abstracts before the evaluation process is completed.

  • Will the congress be held in person?

The congress program is planned to be held in person. If necessary, online participation options will be announced separately.

  • Will there be an opportunity for online presentations?

Information regarding online presentation opportunities will be shared separately during the organization process.

  • Will a participation certificate be given?

All participants attending the congress will receive a participation certificate. Presenting authors will also receive a separate presentation certificate.

  • Will a proceedings book be published?

Accepted abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book.

  • Will there be a full-text submission?

Information regarding full-text submission will be announced separately during the congress process.

  • Can students submit abstracts?

Yes. Graduate students may submit abstracts.

  • Is ethics committee approval necessary?

For research requiring ethics committee approval, the necessary ethics committee approval must have been obtained.

  • How will abstracts be evaluated?

Abstracts will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process in terms of scientific quality, originality, and alignment with the congress theme.
